Learning in HUGA

People are the key determinant of the competitive strength for any given enterprise.  HUGA recognizes that our people are the most valuable assets for the company.  Therefore, HUGA invests in employee education and/or on-the job training to empower our people so that we can compete with other LED makers in the global arena.
 
Orientation:
HUGA arranges orientation courses on corporate policy, quality assurance, and safety to let new employees get familiar with the corporate culture and surroundings so as to help them quickly jump on the road.

Development:
HUGA provides managerial courses for supervisors to enhance their managerial skills and knowledge, and share common value so as to create synergy for the whole organization from within.

Technical competency training:
HUGA designs many on-the-job training courses for each functional department so as to maintain its proprietary knowledge database for mentorship and maintain its long-term leadership and competitiveness in the LED industry.

Training on quality assurance and safety:
HUGA periodically hosts seminars and workshops on quality assurance, environmental regulations, and safety drills to promote employee awareness and job skills.
